The AJSWITZY Project

Stories, Creative Living, and a Bit of Chaos

The ease and accessibility of creating video content have opened up a world of possibilities for everyone, such as small business owners and aspiring influencers. There’s something incredibly empowering about being able to whip out your phone and create a piece of content in minutes. So hiring a videographer might be the furthest thing from your mind.

That said, sometimes it’s worth bringing in the pros. If you want to go bold and stand out, you’re not always going to be able to achieve this on your own with a phone and tripod. Even if you have someone else hold your phone while recording, your final video likely won’t reach the dazzling level of a professional videographer’s product.

The Magic of Quality

You might be thinking, “I have a decent phone camera, some basic editing skills, and a creative eye. Why would I need to hire someone?” Professional videographers and several creative agencies, like Fable Studios, are equipped with high-end gear and an in-depth understanding of how to use it. Plus, they know how to play with lighting, angles, and sound in ways that might not even cross your mind. As an added bonus, they can provide gentle direction (if you’re open to it) to help improve your on-screen presence and delivery.

You’re Saving Your Sanity

Fiddling with the editing and having to redo things over and over is a time-consuming process. Chances are you have many more things on your to-do list besides making video content. It can be frustrating and leave you with no energy for the parts of your business you enjoy. The mental strain can bring you to the verge of tears. Hiring a videographer can help you offload this stressful work and let you focus on your other to-dos — including prioritizing your mental wellbeing.

A Videographer Can Bring Your Vision to Life

Have you ever had an idea that was so vivid in your head, but when you tried to capture it, it fell flat? That’s far more common than you think. Keep in mind that professional videographers have a knack for taking those creative concepts and turning them into reality. They can offer creative input, suggest ideas you might not have thought of, and elevate your vision beyond what you could achieve on your own.

You’ll Look More Credible

This is probably the biggest of them all: you want to establish your credibility within seconds of your audience seeing you. But it’s not just the polish on your video content that makes you seem more professional in your industry. Your audience can tell when you’ve invested extra effort. They’ll know you aren’t just looking to make a quick profit off them.
